Let’s eat Grandma

As you can see, punctuation is very important, especially if the comma is missing from the following:
Let’s eat, Grandma
This is like an invitation to your grandmother saying something like “Hey Grandma, why don’t we have something to eat.”
HOWEVER…
If you don’t put the comma there, it becomes
Let’s eat Grandma
Here is sounds like you are telling your friends or someone else, “Hey, we should eat my grandmother.”
So, do you want to be cannibal? No?
Then don’t forgot the common.
Punctuation is important!
Wow one day my child was telling me about this, because her teacher showed it to her. This is a very entertaining way to show kids how to use their comma’s.
Or how about how to use their apostrophes?
You might want to check this: When do you use the apostrophe S in English? This is just one use of the apostrophe.
What I’ve frequently confused about is where the comma goes when signing letters because here you are talking to Grandma but in ending a letter, you are signing your own name.
I love you, Grandma, Angie.
To Donna: “commas” not “comma’s” (no apostrophe necessary)
Old grammarians don’t die, they just fall into a comma!
Ha ha ha, true.
This is a funny saying cause no person would ever actually want to eat their grandmother. Grandmas are so sweet and kind who would want to eat them. But yes having a comma makes the difference.
Didn’t the big bad wolf from Little Red Riding Hood eat the grandmother?
But you are right, no person would.
